East Salem is an unincorporated community and census-designated place[3] in Delaware Township, Juniata County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is located at the junction of Pennsylvania Routes 333 and 235, 4miles north of the borough of Thompsontown. As of the 2010 census, the population was 186.[4]
