East Main Street Historic District is a historic district in downtown New Iberia, Louisiana, United States, located along East Main Street from Weeks Street to Philip Street.

The 30acres area comprises a total of 71 buildings, of which 57 are considered contributing properties, and 4 are also listed on the National Register of Historic Places as individual properties or contributing properties of Downtown New Iberia Commercial Historic District, one of them (Shadows-on-the-Teche) is also a National Historic Landmark. Building dates vary from 1834 to 1933 and represent the most relevant structures of New Iberia's main residential rue in historic period.[1] [2]

The historic district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on July 28, 1983.
