Dzhepel (Russian: Джепель; Lezghian: ЧIепел) is a rural locality (a selo) in Kirkinsky Selsoviet, Magaramkentsky District, Republic of Dagestan, Russia. The population was 1,013 as of 2010.[2] There are 14 streets.[3]
Dzhepel is located on the left bank of the Samur River, 15 km southwest of Magaramkent (the district's administrative centre) by road. Khorel and Gilyar are the nearest rural localities.[4]
