Dyspessacossus fereidun explained

Dyspessacossus fereidun is a species of moth of the family Cossidae. It is found in Turkey, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Iraq, Iran, Syria and Israel.^[1]

Adults have been recorded on wing in August in Israel.
