Dudley Eustace Explained
Dudley Graham Eustace (3 July 1936 – 11 July 2024) was a British businessman. He had many executive functions in Dutch companies. He is well known for his restructuring work being finance director of Philips[1] and Ahold.[2] In later years Eustace was the Chairman of Aegon[3] and VNU, now called The Nielsen Company. He was also Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of KPN,[3] Vice-Chairman of Hagemeyer and was a member of the Supervisory Board of Stork N.V.
Eustace died on 11 July 2024, at the age of 88.[4]
