Dourges (in French pronounced as /duʁʒ/) is a commune in the Pas-de-Calais department in the Hauts-de-France region of France.[2]
An ex-coalmining commune, now a light industrial and farming town, situated some 8miles east of Lens, at junction 17 of the A21 and the A1 autoroutes. The canalized river Deûle flows through the commune.
