Geography

Douglas Township covers an area of 36.83sqmi and contains no incorporated settlements. According to the USGS, it contains four cemeteries: Alcock, Saint Johns Lutheran, St. John's United Church of Christ of Siegel and Saint Pauls Lutheran.
