Diospyros parabuxifolia explained

Diospyros parabuxifolia is a tree in the family Ebenaceae. It grows up to 15m (49feet) tall. The fruits are ellipsoid, up to 20NaN0 in diameter. The specific epithet Greek, Modern (1453-);: parabuxifolia is from the Greek meaning 'similar to Diospyros buxifolia. Its habitat is lower montane forests from 1000m (3,000feet) to 1500m (4,900feet) altitude. Diospyros parabuxifolia is endemic to Borneo and confined to Sarawak.
