Diogo Campos Gomes (born 31 December 1990) is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a attacking midfielder.
Diogo Campos made his league debut for Atlético Goianiense against Atlético Mineiro on 3 October 2010.[2] He scored his first goal for the club against Santa Helena on 17 January 2011, scoring in the 83rd minute.[3]
On 31 January 2013, he signed at Thonon Evian as a loan deal. He will wear a shirt with "Diogo Gomes" on his back, although his nickname is "Diogo Campos". He made his league debut for the senior side against Marseille on 10 February 2013.[4]
Diogo Campos also played for the second side, scoring on his debut against Bourges 18 on 9 March 2013, scoring a penalty in the 29th minute.[5]
During his first spell, Diogo Campos scored on his debut for Botafogo on 1 March 2015, scoring against XV de Piracicaba in the 85th minute.[6]
Diogo made his league debut for Santa Cruz against Paysandu on 8 September 2015.[7]
Diogo made his debut for Botafogo against Grêmio Novorizontino on 4 February 2016.[8] He scored his first goal for the club against Mogi Mirim on 5 March 2016, scoring in the 90th+3rd minute.[9]
Diogo made his debut for Botafogo against America RN on 27 January 2017.[10]
Diogo scored on his debut for Água Santa against Penapolense on 11 March 2017, scoring a penalty in the 87th minute.[11]
On 8 January 2018 Diogo Campos signed a contract with Botev Plovdiv.[12] He made an unofficial debut on 19 January and scored twice in a friendly game against Maritsa Plovdiv.[13]
Diogo scored his first goal in an official game for Botev Plovdiv on 27 February during the 1-3 home defeat from Ludogorets Razgrad.[14]
On 12 March, on the day when Botev Plovdiv celebrated 106 years from its foundation, Diogo scored a goal in the dramatic 2-4 away win over Vereya.[15]
On 21 April Diogo Campos scored a goal during the 2-4 defeat from Ludogorets Razgrad.[16]
Diogo made his debut for Kalteng Putra against PSIS Semarang on 16 May 2019.[17] He scored his first goal for the club against Barito Putera on 22 June 2019, scoring in the 57th minute.[18]
Diogo scored on his league debut for Persebaya Surabaya against PSIS Semarang on 20 September 2019, scoring in the 49th minute.[19]
Diogo made his league debut for Borneo against Persija on 1 March 2020.[20]
