Diogo Batista de Souza (born 29 August 2003), known as Diogo Batista or just Diogo, is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a right back for Remo, on loan from Coritiba.
Born in Pedras de Maria da Cruz, Minas Gerais,[1] Diogo joined Coritiba's youth setup in 2019, aged 16, from PSTC.[2] On 19 December 2022, he signed a new contract with the club.[3]
On 17 February 2023, after being promoted to the main squad, Diogo further extended his contract until the end of 2024.[4] He made his first team – and Série A – debut on 3 July, starting in a 2–1 away win over Goiás.[5] [6]
