Deyhuk District (fa|بخش دیهوک) is in Tabas County, South Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Deyhuk.[2]

History

Tabas County became a part of Yazd province in 2001,[3] transferring to South Khorasan province in 2013.[4]

Demographics

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the district's population was 8,200 in 2,303 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 10,263 people in 2,759 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 9,834 inhabitants in 2,854 households,[7] by which time the county had been separated from the province to join South Khorasan province.[4]
