Devnya Municipality (Bulgarian: Община Девня) is a municipality (obshtina) in Varna Province, Northeastern Bulgaria, not far from the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. It is named after its administrative centre - the town of Devnya.

The municipality embraces a territory of with a population, as of December 2009, of 9,234 inhabitants.[1] The area is crossed by the east operating part of Hemus motorway which is planned to connect the port of Varna with the country capital - Sofia.

According to the latest Bulgarian census of 2011, the religious composition, among those who answered the optional question on religious identification, was the following:An overwhelming majority of the population of Devnya Municipality identify themselves as Christians. At the 2011 census, 77.8% of respondents identified as Orthodox Christians belonging to the Bulgarian Orthodox Church.
