Derrinturn [2] is a village in County Kildare, Ireland. It is part of the parish of Carbury. It is located about 60km (40miles) from Dublin.

The population was 1,837 as of the 2022 census, an increase of 1000% from 1961 when only 183 people lived in the village.[3] [1]
