Dermal dendrocyte hamartoma explained
Dermal dendrocyte hamartoma is characterized by a rounded, medallion-like lesion on the upper trunk in which there is a proliferation of fusiform CD34, factor XIIIa-positive cells in the mid and reticular dermis.[1]
