Demitz-Thumitz (German) or Zemicy-Tumicy (Upper Sorbian, pronounced as /hsb/) is a municipality in the east of Saxony, Germany. It belongs to the district of Bautzen.
The municipality is situated at the edge of the Lausitzer Bergland (Lusatian Hills).
