Demirci is a municipality and district of Manisa Province, Turkey.[1] Its area is 1,321 km2,[2] and its population is 36,620 (2022).[3] The town lies at an elevation of 8530NaN0.
From 1867 until 1922, Demirci was part of the Aidin Vilayet of the Ottoman Empire. At the 2013 reorganisation, it lost part of its territory to the district of Köprübaşı.[4]
