The fifth season of the Date A Live anime series, titled Date A Live V, is produced by Geek Toys and directed by Jun Nakagawa, adapting volumes 17 to 19 of the light novel series of the same name. Like the rest of the series, it follows the adventures of Shido Itsuka and the Spirits, supernatural female entities that have fallen in love with him, working together to protect the Spirits from those who view them as a threat to be vanquished or want to take advantage of them. The season ran from April 10[1] to June 26, 2024. The opening theme song is "Paradoxes", performed by Miyu Tomita, while the ending theme song is "Hitohira", performed by sweet ARMS.[2] __TOC__
