Owned and operated by the network's namesake corporate parent alongside GTV outlet DYBM-TV (channel 28). Both stations share transmitter facilities atop Brgy. Palinpinon, Valencia, Negros Oriental.
Although identifying as a separate station in its own right, D-5-YB-TV is considered a satellite station of DYSS-TV (channel 7) in Cebu City.
