Czarna is a village in Dębica County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Czarna. It lies approximately 13km (08miles) west of Dębica and 550NaN0 west of the regional capital Rzeszów.[1]
