Cyphonanthus is a genus of flowering plants belonging to the family Poaceae. It contains a single species, Cyphonanthus discrepans, a perennial grass native to Central America (Belize and Costa Rica), Colombia, Venezuela, the Guianas, and Cuba.[1]
