Cyanoptila Explained

Cyanoptila is a genus of passerine birds in the Old World flycatcher family Muscicapidae. It contains the following species:^[1]

• Blue-and-white flycatcher (Cyanoptila cyanomelana)
• Zappey's flycatcher (Cyanoptila cumatilis)
