Cyanopepla arrogans explained

Cyanopepla arrogans is a moth of the subfamily Arctiinae. It was described by Francis Walker in 1854. It is found in Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama and Venezuela.[1] [2]
