Cucurbitin Explained

Cucurbitin is an amino acid and a carboxypyrrolidine that is found in Cucurbita seeds.^{[1] [2]} Cucurbitin causes degenerative changes in the reproductive organs of parasitic flatworms called flukes.^{[3] [4]}
