Capital punishment laws

See main article: Capital punishment in Wyoming. Capital punishment is legal in Wyoming, although no one has been executed since January 22, 1992.[2] On Feb 15, 2019, the Wyoming Senate rejected a bill to repeal the death penalty.[3]
