Coyote Dam (Santa Clara County, California) Explained

Coyote Dam is a 1400NaN0 high, 980-1NaN-1 long, earth and rock dam built in in Santa Clara County, California, United States, located north of Gilroy.

It impounds the 635acres 3.5miles long Coyote Lake (also known as Coyote Reservoir).^[1] The Santa Clara Valley Water District owns the dam.^[2]
