The Coorongooba Creek, a perennial stream of the Hawkesbury-Nepean catchment, is located in the Central Tablelands region of New South Wales, Australia.
The Coorongooba Creek (officially designated as a river) rises west of Mount Boonbourwa in the Great Dividing Range, in remote country east of and north-east of . The river flows generally south, joined by one minor tributary, before reaching its confluence with the Capertee River, east of . The river descends over its 25km (16miles) course; and is entirely contained within the Wollemi National Park.[2]
