Colonia International Airport is a general aviation airport serving Colonia del Sacramento, capital of the Colonia Department of Uruguay.

The airport is just inland from the shore of the Río de la Plata estuary, 6km (04miles) east of Colonia. Southeast approach and departure are over the water.

The Colonia non-directional beacon (Ident: COL) is located on the field. TheLa Plata VOR-DME (Ident: PTA) is located 31.8nmi south of the airport.[3] [4]
