Collinsella Explained

Collinsella is a genus of Actinomycetota, in the family Coriobacteriaceae.[1] Collinsella is named after the microbiologist Matthew D. Collins.[2]

Phylogeny

The currently accepted taxonomy is based on the List of Prokaryotic names with Standing in Nomenclature (LPSN) and National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI).[3]
