Barbuda Codrington Airport is a public airport serving the village of Codrington, on the island of Barbuda. Its runway is only 500 metres long,[2] only sufficient for STOL or very light aeroplanes. In September 2017, Hurricane Irma seriously damaged Barbuda Codrington Airport, and as a result, Antiguan and Barbudan authorities shut down the airport until repairs were completed.[3]

As of early 2024, there are indications, including satellite imagery, of a new aerodrome being constructed for Barbuda, though the legality of the project is subject to discussion.
