Polycopoidea Explained

Polycopidae is a superfamily of marine ostracods. It is the only superfamily in the suborder Cladocopina.

There are two families recognised in the superfamily Polycopoidea:^[1]

• Polycopidae Sars, 1865
• †Quasipolycopidae Jones, 1995
