Cieszków (German: Freyhan) is a village (former town) in Milicz County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Cieszków.

It lies approximately 13km (08miles) north-east of Milicz, and 61km (38miles) north of the regional capital Wrocław.
