Chuluut (Mongolian: Чулуут, in Mongolian pronounced as /t͡ɕoˈɮʊːʰt/; "Rocky") is a sum (district) in the Arkhangai Province in central Mongolia. It is named after the Chuluut River. In 2009, its population was 3,744.[1]
