Christer Löfqvist (4 June 1944 in Visby, Gotland, Sweden – 1 February 1978) was an international motorcycle speedway rider from Sweden.[1]
Löfqvist reached the final of the Speedway World Championship in 1974.[2]
He competed in Great Britain for West Ham Hammers, Poole Pirates, and the Hackney Hawks.[1] [3]
Löfqvist was diagnosed with a brain tumour and died in 1978 aged 33.[4]
