Chequiaraju,^{[2] [3]} Chequiarajo,^[4] or Checquiacraju^[5] (possibly from Quechua, chiqlla green,^[6] rahu snow, ice, mountain with snow)^[7] is a mountain in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru, about 5286m (17,343feet) high. It is situated in the Ancash Region, Carhuaz Province, Shilla District.^[8] Chequiaraju lies northwest of Hualcán and the lake Chiqllaqucha.
