Chioneinae Explained

The Chioneinae are a subfamily of limoniid crane flies.

This subfamily was known as Eriopterinae until 1992.

Systematics

Dicranoptycha Osten Sacken, 1860 and Lipsothrix Loew, 1873 were moved to subfamily Limoniinae.
