Chey Chumneas (Central Khmer: ជ័យជំនះ ;) is a quarter (sangkat) in Doun Penh Section, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It includes the Royal University of Fine Arts, the National Museum, the Royal Palace, and the Silver Pagoda.[1]
