Charles Otto Simms (January 24, 1928 – October 10, 2003) was an American gymnast. He was a member of the United States men's national artistic gymnastics team and competed at the 1952 Summer Olympics and the 1956 Summer Olympics.[1]

As a gymnast, Simms was a member of Los Angeles Turners.[2] In 1952, while a member of the USC Trojans men's gymnastics team, Simms was the NCAA Champion on the horizontal bar.
