Chamaesphecia amygdaloidis explained

Chamaesphecia amygdaloidis is a moth of the family Sesiidae. It is found in Austria.[1]

The larvae feed on Euphorbia austriaca and not Euphorbia amygdaloides as the species name implies.[2]
