Chalcoscirtus Explained

Chalcoscirtus is a genus of jumping spiders that was first described by Philipp Bertkau in 1880.[1] The name is derived from the Ancient Greek Greek, Ancient (to 1453);: chalc-, meaning "copper", and Greek, Ancient (to 1453);: scirt-, meaning "leap".
