Chak Amru (Urdu: چک امرُو ) is a town of Shakargarh tehsil in Narowal district of Punjab province of the Pakistan.[1] [2] It is located near Pakistan-India border. It has been named after a rich businessman, Lala Amarnath, who encouraged and facilitated the settlement and development at the time of British rule, in pre-partitioned India.
