It and Catalogue Ariola 00–10 were released on the same day in celebration of Buck-Tick's 25th anniversary.[2]

The regular edition also contained a DVD of each song's music video.[1] A limited edition version contained two additional CDs, with track lists decided by fans voting on their special 25th anniversary website,[2] the DVD, with additional material from several televised live performances throughout 1987–1993, and a 100-page photobook.[3] The album reached number eleven on the Oricon chart.[4]
