Carlina biebersteinii explained
Carlina biebersteinii is a purple-flowered herb in the tribe Cardueae of the family Asteraceae. It is found in Europe, Russia, Kazakhstan and in the Xinjiang region of China.[1] It grows in dry meadows and thickets.

Subspecies:
