CARCHEX is a Baltimore, Maryland-based company that provides extended auto warranties and Mobile Vehicle Inspections.
CARCHEX was founded in 1999 as a provider of pre-purchase vehicle inspections. In 2003, the company was purchased by Jason Goldsmith, a Baltimore-based entrepreneur and founder of TheLoanPage.com. In 2014, CARCHEX announced a partnership with Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD). As part of the partnership, CARCHEX donated $20,000 to the organization to help prevent underage drinking and eliminate drunk driving.[4]
