Canton of Pessac-1 explained

The canton of Pessac-1 is an administrative division of the Gironde department, southwestern France. It was created in 1982.[1] Its borders were modified at the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015. Its seat is in Pessac.[2]

It consists of the following communes:[2]

  1. Canéjan
  2. Cestas
  3. Pessac (partly)
