Canton of Longjumeau explained

The canton of Longjumeau is an administrative division of the Essonne department, Île-de-France region, northern France. Its borders were modified at the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015. Its seat is in Longjumeau.^[1]

It consists of the following communes:^[1]

1. Ballainvilliers
2. Champlan
3. Épinay-sur-Orge
4. Linas
5. Longjumeau
6. Montlhéry
7. Saulx-les-Chartreux
8. La Ville-du-Bois
