Canton of Dax-1 explained

The canton of Dax-1 is an administrative division of the Landes department, southwestern France. It was created at the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015. Its seat is in Dax.[1]

It consists of the following communes:[1]

  1. Angoumé
  2. Dax (partly)
  3. Gourbera
  4. Herm
  5. Mées
  6. Rivière-Saas-et-Gourby
  7. Saint-Paul-lès-Dax
  8. Saint-Vincent-de-Paul
  9. Siest
  10. Tercis-les-Bains
  11. Téthieu
