Canton of Auxerre-1 explained

The canton of Auxerre-1 is an administrative division of the Yonne department, central France. It was created at the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015. Its seat is in Auxerre.^[1]

It consists of the following communes:^[1]

1. Auxerre (partly)
2. Lindry
3. Saint-Georges-sur-Baulche
4. Villefargeau
