Caloptilia ovatiella explained

Caloptilia ovatiella is a moth of the family Gracillariidae. It is known from California, United States.^[1]

The larvae feed on Malosma laurina, Rhus integrifolia and Rhus ovata. They mine the leaves of their host plant.
