Chidananda Parasappa Siddhashrama (Kannada: ಸಿ. ಪಿ. ಸಿದ್ಧಾಶ್ರಮ), known as CPS or Prof. Siddhashrama, is an Indian academic, writer, critic, and poet who is known for his works in Kannada.[1] [2] He is a retired professor of Mysore University where he served as the acting Vice Chancellor.[3] In 2020, for his contributions to the field of literature, Siddhashrama has been awarded the Karnataka Rajyotsava Award by Government of Karnataka.[4] [5] [6]

Career

As academicSiddhashrama served as a Kannada professor in Mysore university's Kuvempu Institution for Kannada Studies, where he was also the director of the institution.
