Bur Kheyl-e Arateh (Persian: بورخيل ارطه) is a former village in Bisheh Sar Rural District of the Central District of Qaem Shahr County, Mazandaran province, Iran.
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 898 in 239 households.[2] The following census in 2011 counted 1,077 people in 317 households.[3]
After the census, the village of Qadi Kola-ye Arateh was merged with Bur Kheyl-e Arateh, Juja Deh-e Arateh, Kafshgar Kola-ye Arateh, and Qasem Kheyl-e Arateh to become the city renamed Arateh.[4]
